My townhouse is a fifty-year-old home that was in need of repair (bathroom floors, paint, tile), and serious upgrades (fixtures, plumbing). Doug took the time to assess the necessary work and present me with numerous creative and cost-effective alternatives. Once we agreed on the scope of the job, Doug’s crews performed the work quickly and with attention to detail. Two common habits of contractors drive me crazy: taking inordinate amounts of time to complete work, and leaving the “completed” job with little to no cleanup. Next Level Restoration began the work on schedule and finished sooner than I expected. There no periods of “days” when workers were supposed to show up, but didn’t. Cleanup was performed on a daily basis, and a major cleanup was undertaken at the end. Having been charged hundreds of dollars by so-called “professional” plumbers that couldn’t solve simple problems without major demolition, Next Level Restoration is far and away the best value for money out there. I have happily recommended Doug and his company to friends and colleagues, and plan to hire them for another project this autumn.
